Jonathan Goldstein is a lawyer and the founder and CEO of Cain International, but probably best known to us, as the Chair of the Jewish Leadership Council.

Jonathan was born and raised in Ilford to a family very involved in the community, with parents and grandparents involved in the local shul, Ilford Jewish Primary School, the JNF and Jewish Blind.

Passionately involved in a range of Jewish causes himself, in his youth Jonathan was a member of BBYO, and became president of the Jewish Society at the University of Manchester. He went on to become Chair of the Chief Rabbinate Trust, Honorary President of Camp Simcha with his wife Sharon, and was Chair of PaJeS, all organisations that JLGB proudly work with very closely.

Professionally, Jonathan was the youngest ever chief executive of a city law firm, Olswang LLP, at the age of 32. He then went on to join Heron International as a Managing Director, working his way up to become the deputy for Gerald Ronson, another previous JLGB Virtual guest.

In 2014, he founded Cain International, an incredibly successful private investment firm specialising in real estate.  Married to a practicing GP, together they have four children, all whilst balancing incredible careers and voluntary commitments - so the Goldstien house must keep him very busy indeed, especially right now… So we are incredibly grateful that he is giving up his time to join us this evening. Ladies and Gentleman, please welcome tonight’s special guest, Jonathan Goldstein!

For 125 years, young Jewish people have been discovering just how brilliant they can be and how they can make the world a better place through JLGB. Whether you're 8 or 18, whatever you want to be, join in and be your best self with us!
